No. While all of our beSTRONG Coaches identify as women and we specialize in women’s health by working with clients through transitional periods like pregnancy and postpartum, our main goal is to create an inclusive space for anyone to come and feel confident in the gym. Many clients tell us the environment is exactly what they were looking for: a professional, supportive space where they can focus on their wellness and feel amazing doing it.
Do I need experience to start personal training in Vancouver?
Not at all. Many of our Vancouver clients come to us having never lifted a weight before.
