Do I need to be fit before I start?
Nope. Not even a little bit. We specialize in meeting you exactly where you are, no matter your current fitness level. Whether you have never touched a weight, are coming back from an injury, or have never even set foot in a gym, we have got you. Our coaches work with beginners every single day and genuinely love it.
I have serious gym anxiety: Is beSTRONG really for me?
Yes, and we mean that. Helping people move past gym anxiety is one of the things we are most proud of. Our spaces are supportive, intentionally intimate environments where our coaches are warm, and you’ll meet others who feel just like you! Our approach is built around you, not some impossible standard. We’re here to help you achieve your goals - no matter how small or big.. You will be guided, supported, and celebrated for showing up. We get it. Starting your fitness journey can feel intimidating. At beSTRONG - it doesn’t have to!
How do I get started?
Book a free Meet + Greet. It is a short, no-pressure chat where we learn about you, your fitness goals, and what has or has not worked in the past. There is zero commitment required. We want to confirm we are a good fit, and we usually are.
What happens after the Meet + Greet?
In the meet + greet, if you’re stoked to meet us IRL, we’ll get you booked in for a consultation and movement assessment with one of our certified personal trainers. Together, we will determine the best approach for your goals, your schedule, and your life. Then you get started. Simple as that.
Do you work with women only?
beSTRONG was built with women in mind, and the majority of our clients are women. We specialize in women's health, including pre and postnatal support, peri-menopause, and menopause. That said, we welcome anyone who wants to train in an inclusive, supportive environment.
