Every personal training session is tailored to your body, your goals, and where you are right now in your fitness journey.
What to Expect
When you turn up to your personal training session, your coach will be there to greet and check in with you - find out how you recovered from your last session, how your event at the weekend went or if your kiddo has recovered from last week’s sickness. After that, get stuck into your warmup, designed to help get you ready for your workout, likely lifting something heavy.
We do tailor your workouts to your level and your goals. Your coach guides you every step of the way with form correction, encouragement and fun! Toward the end of the session, you’ll finish with some stretching and a debrief with your coach. Each session lasts 1 hour, and you are welcome to stay longer to stretch or cool down if you need a little extra time. Every personal training session starts with a warmup, moves into a workout designed for your specific goals and current fitness level, and closes with mobility and recovery work. Sessions run one hour, with real coaching from start to finish.
Our coaches are human, we love getting to know you! We are also experts in movement and women’s health, our goal is to help educate and inspire you at every step so that you leave knowing more than when you walked in, building both strength and confidence along the way.

Personal Training With Us
1-1 or 2-1 COACHING
Available with all of our coaches at all of our locations. Sessions are 1 hour long and are tailored very specifically towards your goals.
Your coach will guide you through a warmup, followed by a workout and mobility and stretching. We hope that you leave your session feeling better than when you walk in. That you learn something new, feel strong and gain a little more confidence with each session.

Book a Short Meet and Greet
A 10-15minute, no-pressure conversation via Google Meet or Phonecall with one of our coaches. We talk about your fitness goals, your history with exercise, and what kind of support you are looking for. Free, with no commitment required.

Consultation and Movement Assessment
Your coach meets with you in person to learn more about your body, your goals, and any injuries or limitations. Together, you determine the program that gives you the best chance of success. Free, with no commitment required.
Step 3
Start
Your Program
Training begins. Your coach is with you every session, tracking progress, adjusting your plan, and keeping you accountable as you build toward your goals.

Things To Know
Do I need experience to start personal training?
No. Many of our clients come in having never set foot in a gym before. Your coach will meet you where you are and teach you proper form from day one, building your confidence as you go.
How is personal training different from a regular gym membership or fitness classes?
At beSTRONG Training, you are not training alone or following along in a crowded class. Your coach writes your program, leads every session in person, and tracks your progress over time. It is professional, one-on-one coaching focused entirely on your overall health and your goals.
What if I have an injury or health condition?
Let your coach know during your consultation. Our team has experience with injury rehab, chronic pain, hypermobility, and other conditions, and we work within your healthcare provider's guidance where needed.
Can I do personal training while pregnant or postpartum?
Yes. Our coaches are trained in pre and postpartum coaching and will help you stay active safely through pregnancy and support your recovery and return to strength afterward.
How many personal training sessions do I need each week?
It depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Many clients start with one session per week and build from there as training becomes part of their routine. Your coach will help you find a schedule that supports real, lasting progress.
Does personal training include nutrition or online support?
Personal training is delivered in person, but many clients pair their sessions with our nutrition coaching or online programming for extra support between visits. Ask your coach what additional options might help you reach your goals faster.
