Parking

Free street parking is available along St. John's Street and on surrounding side streets close to the studio. There is also nearby surface parking within a short walk of the entrance.

Underneath the building - there are also spots reserved for ‘Westpro Physio’ which are accesible to beSTRONG clients as well.

Transit 

beSTRONG Port Moody is easily accessible by TransLink. The SkyTrain Evergreen Extension stops at Moody Centre Station, just minutes from the studio on foot. Multiple bus routes also serve St. John's Street directly, making it easy to get here from across the city and the surrounding area.

Common Questions

Is beSTRONG only for women? 

No. While all of our beSTRONG coaches identify as women and we specialize in women's health by working with clients through transitional periods like pregnancy and postpartum, our main goal is to create an inclusive space for anyone to come and feel confident in the gym. People of all backgrounds, fitness levels, and experience are welcome here.

Do I need experience to start personal training in Port Moody? 

Not at all. Many of our Port Moody clients come to us having never lifted a weight before. Your personal trainer will begin with a movement assessment to understand your body and your starting point, then build a program that meets you where you are. You progress week by week, at your own pace, with professional support every step of the way.

Can I train with beSTRONG if I am pregnant or postpartum? 

Our Port Moody team has expertise in pre and postpartum coaching. We will work within your healthcare provider's guidance to keep you moving safely through pregnancy and support your recovery and return to strength after birth. This is one of our areas of specialty and something we take seriously.

What is the best way to get started on my fitness journey?
