About Jessica & Lisa:

Meet Jessica Adaszynski - a registered Physiotherapist in the Tri-Cities area with a special interest in Pelvic Health.

Jessica’s journey to practicing in pelvic health physiotherapy began after the birth of her first child when she needed to seek out the services of a pelvic health physiotherapist herself. Experiencing excellent partnered and evidenced-based care from her pelvic health physiotherapist, midwives and obstetrics team, lit a desire to practice in this amazing and underserved area of medical care.

Meet Lisa Lethbridge - Owner of beSTRONG Training and Pre/Postpartum Coach

Lisa has always been active and knows that strength and movement can impact our lives in so many positive ways at all different life stages. She works with clients to help them improve their physical capability so they can do the things they love without fear or hesitation.
