About the event
Saje Coquitlam Centre is teaming up with beSTRONG for an informative and fun night focused around the return to running postpartum.
The evening will include:
A short talk about how to safely return to running postpartum.
Light movement/workout. A strong body = a strong pelvic floor and strength work is vital for aging well and supporting sport, movement and running.
Pain: Our Saje team will share products that are safe, natural and effective for pain relief and muscle pain.
Pregnancy: Our Saje team will share our 100% Natural products that are helpful for a variety of areas and are safe for Pregnancy and Breastfeeding .
