About the event
It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned runner or just starting, this group is open to all fitness levels.
When: First and Third Thursday of the month
Time: 6pm-7pm
Location: Perry Stadium (meet at the track)Â
What we will do:
15 minutes: Warm-upÂ
20-30 minutes: Intense Speed and Interval Training - pace groups will be created so you work at the appropriate speed for you
15 minutes: Cool Down Â
Join us as we hit the pavement, push our limits, and elevate our running game together. It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned runner or just starting, this group is open to all fitness levels.  Be ready for any adventure that comes your way. Let's runSTRONG, supporting each other every step of the way.Â
