About the event

It doesn't matter if you're a seasoned runner or just starting, this group is open to all fitness levels.

When: First and Third Thursday of the month

Time: 6pm-7pm

Location: Perry Stadium (meet at the track) 

What we will do:

15 minutes: Warm-up
