Understanding Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

The pelvic floor is the group of muscles from the pubic bone to the tail bone.

They control bowel, bladder, sexual function, organ support and lymphatic drainage. When they're working well, this is an automatic system.


Pelvic floor dysfunction can occur to anyone at any stage of life. Jodie explains more about the symptoms in the video.
