This 6-week guide is a resource to support your gentle return to movement and recovery. This early postpartum in your body can be about connecting and finding a few minutes each day to take a few breaths and tell yourself how great you're doing. This is a progressive program. Each week you can add a little volume and/ or resistance each week. Don't ever feel like you have to move on. You could stay at week 1 for all 6 weeks and build on if/ when you feel ready. It's designed to help you feel more energized, connected and is a small stepping stone in your postpartum recovery.
