Group Kickstart - October
An introduction to strength training through small group training in a welcoming, supportive, and positive learning environment that builds community and confidence in our clients.
Whether you're new to strength training, returning after a break, or feeling nervous about starting solo, this program connects you with others who may be feeling the same way to motivate each other, learning together, and building lasting friendships.
What's included:
Initial consultation + 4 weekly group classes (1 hr)
Mondays 7-8 am
Oct 20th, 27th, Nov 3rd, and 10th
Max of 4 participants
What you'll learn:
Fundamental movements: squat, deadlift, bench press, and rows
Warm-ups, mobility, and recovery
How to use equipment in the gym
