Getting StartedPrograms and ServicesPricingLocationsCoachesTraining and MethodologyFree ResourcesSigning Up
What kind of training do you do?
We focus on strength and resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility and flexibility as well as nutrition support. Every exercise prescription is built for you, not pulled from a generic template, and designed to fit your daily routine.
Is this only about lifting weights?
Not at all. Strength training is central to what we do, but the bigger picture is about building strength safely and building confidence in your body and in the gym. Strength training workouts improve bone density, support cardiovascular health, build muscle mass, and boost energy levels. Some clients want to deadlift personal bests. Others want to hike without knee pain, keep up with their kids, or compete in their first triathlon. We meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to go.
What is evidence-based coaching?
It means your exercise prescription is grounded in current exercise science, not fitness trends or social media workouts. Our coaches understand the why behind what they prescribe, and they will explain it to you. You will not be guessing. You will be learning.
Do you offer programming for peri-menopause and menopause?
Yes. This is an area our team takes seriously. Several coaches have specific training in working with peri-menopausal and menopausal women, and we understand that hormonal changes affect how you should be training and fuelling. Strength training during this phase supports bone density, blood pressure, cardiovascular health, muscle mass, and mental health. If this is where you are, you are in the right place.
Do you work with pregnant or postpartum clients?
Absolutely. Supporting women through their pre and postpartum fitness journey is a core part of our beMOMSTRONG program. Lisa and Sarah both hold pre and postnatal coaching certifications, and Lisa is also a certified doula.
Whether you are in the pre-conception phase, pregnant or in the first few weeks after giving birth, navigating the postpartum recovery, or well into your postpartum period and ready to rebuild, we will guide you safely. Our coaches understand the physical recovery and emotional challenges that come with the postpartum body, and we give special attention to pelvic floor health, pelvic floor dysfunction, core strengthening and gentle movement before loading. We support postpartum women, whether they have had a vaginal delivery or a C-section, and we always recommend contacting your medical professional before starting.
What about mental health and emotional well-being?
We take this seriously. Exercise is one of the most powerful tools for mental health, and that matters even more in transitional periods such as having a baby or moving toward menopause. Our coaches value the relationships they make with their clients and provide genuine emotional support alongside the physical work. Building strength changes how you feel, not just how you move.
What app do you use for programming?
Your programming is delivered through TrueCoach, a personal coaching app that keeps everything organized, tracks your progress, and makes it easy to stay connected with your coach between sessions.
